Frank is an industry veteran with over 40 years of experience providing technology solutions to the insurance industry and is credited with the creation of Sagitta, the first ACORD forms-based agency policy and claims system which is still used today by some of the largest insurance brokers in the world. Sagitta is now owned by Vertafore which was acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity and Vista Equity Partners for $2.7 billion in 2016. Sagitta is still their flagship product for national insurance brokers like USI and BB&T.
